Deactivating Automatic Renewal for Carbonite Safe Backup Pro

As a Billing Owner, you can deactivate automatic renewal on your account to prevent future purchases on your Carbonite Safe Backup Pro account.

Sign into your Carbonite Safe Backup Pro account as the Billing Owner at https://account.carbonite.com/smb/account/AccountSummary or with the button below.

Sign In

You will see text indicating that you are currently enrolled in automatic renewal. To cancel automatic renewal, click Change.

A popup will appear with details pertaining to your account. To cancel your Carbonite Safe Backup Pro account's automatic renewal, click Yes, cancel automatic renewal.

After automatic renewal is canceled, you can continue to use Carbonite until the expiration date. However, you will need to manually renew your subscription at that time to keep you files protected.
