Changing Your Automatic Renewal Status for Carbonite Safe Backup Pro

Automatic renewal is the process of using your credit card on file to automatically purchase a subscription of Carbonite Safe Pro. When you initially purchased your Carbonite Safe Pro subscription, you were given an option on whether or not to enroll in automatic renewal. Regardless of the method you selected when you purchased, you can change your automatic renewal status at any time through your Dashboard.

If you are currently not enrolled in automatic renewal, this will be stated within your Dashboard. When you are not enrolled in automatic renewal, you will need to manually renew your subscription when your subscription comes up for renewal.
Sign into your Carbonite Safe Pro account as the Billing Owner at https://account.carbonite.com/smb/account/AccountSummary or with the button below.
Once signed in, you will see text indicating that you are not currently enrolled in automatic renewal. To enroll in automatic renewal, click Change.
A popup will appear with details pertaining to your account. To enroll your Carbonite Safe Pro account in automatic renewal, click Enroll in automatic renewal.
You will now be enrolled in automatic renewal for your account. When your subscription comes up for renewal, Carbonite will automatically renew your subscription with the card on file.
If you are a currently enrolled in automatic renewal, this will be stated within your Dashboard. When you are enrolled in automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically be billed to the card on file when your subscription comes up for renewal.

Once signed in, you will see text indicating that you are currently enrolled in automatic renewal. To cancel automatic renewal, click Change.
A popup will appear with details pertaining to your account. To cancel your Carbonite Safe Pro account's automatic renewal, click Yes, cancel automatic renewal.
Automatic renewal will now be disabled on your account. When your subscription comes up for renewal, you will need to manually renew your subscription.
