Troubleshooting
Restore Progress at 0%
If you close and re-open Carbonite or your computer restarts during the restore process, the restore progress may display 0%. In these cases, the progress bar restarts at 0% of what is remaining to be restored. Everything restored before is still on your computer and available to use.
