Signing Into Your Account

Summary:

You can sign into your account to install Carbonite and manage your account information.

This article applies to:

Carbonite Plans	Products	Platforms
Basic, Plus, Prime, Core, Power, and Ultimate (Not sure?)	Safe, Safe Pro, and Carbonite Safe Server Backup (Not sure?)	Windows and Mac

Solution:

1. On your computer, go to https://account.carbonite.com or use the button below.

Sign into Carbonite

2. Enter your Carbonite email address and password.
3. Check I’m not a robot.
   1. Select all the images corresponding to the generated topic.
   2. When none remain, click Verify to complete the challenge.
4. Click Sign in.
5. If you enabled 2-Step Verification, enter the Security code that was sent to your phone and click Submit my code.
