How to Apply Your Subscription Purchase to Your Existing Carbonite Safe Trial

When you purchase a Carbonite subscription, you'll have the option to install Carbonite or apply the Activation Code to your trial subscription during the purchase process. If you have an unused Activation Code, you can apply it to your trial from within your account.

Sign into your Carbonite account at https://account.carbonite.com/Account/Summary or with the button below.

Click Apply activation code for options on how to apply your unused subscription.

Apply activation code

You can apply any available subscription to a computer on your account. Select the desired activation code, choose how you'd like to use it, then click the Apply button to upgrade your trial subscription to a paid subscription.

Select the AC, Computer and click Apply
If there isn't an unused activation code listed, you can type an activation code into a text box and apply it to an existing computer on your account.

You will receive a notification that you have upgraded your subscription and the new expiration date will be displayed.
