Applying Your Subscription for Carbonite Safe Backup Pro

If you have an unused paid subscription, you will need to activate it through the Carbonite website. Paid subscriptions begin counting down to their expiration date immediately after purchase. If you are on a trial period, you can add it at any time during the trial.

First, sign into your Carbonite account as an administrator at https://account.carbonite.com/smb/account/AccountSummary or with the button below.

Sign In

You will be able to type an activation code into the Activation Code box to activate your subscription. Once entered, click Apply and follow the on-screen instructions for applying your purchased subscription.
