Enrolling in Automatic Renewal for Carbonite Safe

You can sign up for automatic renewal from within your Carbonite account using an existing card on file or by adding a new card to your account. Doing so will ensure that your Carbonite subscription remains active and that your data stays protected.

You can use a card from a previous Carbonite purchase to set up automatic renewal for an individual Carbonite subscription. Sign into your Carbonite account at https://account.carbonite.com/Account/Summary or with the button below.
To sign a computer up for automatic renewal, click the Turn auto-renew on link.
Select the appropriate credit card, and click Yes enable auto-renew to complete the process.
You can add a new credit card to your account and use it to automatically renew an individual computer after signing into your account at https://account.carbonite.com/CreditCard/AddPaymentMethod or with the button below.
Once signed in, you will be brought to a page where you will be able to enter your credit card and billing information. Once you are done entering all the required information, click Save to proceed.
Your credit card information will now be saved within your account.
- If you had a default credit card on file, this new credit card will now be your default card. It will be used for all recurring automatic transactions.
You can change the default credit card by clicking Make this the default credit card.
