Failed to Create Backup Directory

Carbonite Safe Server Backup (CSSB) may fail to create a backup directory if you are using a mapped drive as your local backup folder.

To resolve this problem, verify that the amandabackup / CarboniteUser user has full read and write permissions to the mapped drive. The amandabackup / CarboniteUser user may be a local user or a domain user depending on your environment.
