Upgrading Your Trial to a Paid Subscription for Carbonite Safe Backup Pro

Before the Carbonite Safe Backup Pro trial expires, any Carbonite administrator can sign in and enter billing information to purchase a subscription. After the purchase is complete, the administrator who made the purchase will become the Billing Owner of the account.

To purchase a subscription, first sign into your account as an administrator at https://account.carbonite.com.

Once you have signed in to your account, under the Account Summary click the Buy Now button.

You will see the different features and options that are available with each package of Carbonite Safe Backup Pro. Select the package that suits your backup needs. You can always add additional backup space to your account at any time.

Once you have selected your desired package, select your subscription length and any additional storage you would like to purchase. Click the Continue to checkout button to proceed.

On this page, you will be required to enter your credit card and billing information into the fields provided. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the Offer code field. To change your selected plan, click Change plan. Once you are satisfied with your selection, click Complete my purchase to continue.

Once completed, you will see a printable receipt of your purchase. Your trial will now be upgraded to a paid subscription, and an email with your order details will be sent to the email address associated with your Carbonite Safe Backup Pro account.
