Adding Additional Storage for Carbonite Safe Backup Pro

As a Billing Owner, you can purchase additional storage for the computers and servers on your Carbonite Safe Backup Pro account.
If you are not the Billing Admin on the account, you can contact the existing Billing Admin or login as a regular administrator to change the Billing Owner.

The price of additional storage is pro-rated based off the amount of time left in your subscription.
At the time of renewal, you will be billed for your plan and any additional storage packs that were purchased.
Once your purchase has been completed successfully, you will be emailed a receipt of your purchase. If your account exceeded its storage quota and backups stopped, your backups will resume within 24 hours once the account is under quota again.
