Changing Your Email Address for Carbonite Safe

If you get a new email service provider, you can sign into your Carbonite account to update it with your new email address.
If you do not remember your Carbonite password and no longer have access to your old email address, you will be asked to provide information within your account, such as the billing information used to purchase the Carbonite subscription when contacting Carbonite Customer Care.
Sign into your account at https://account.carbonite.com/Account/PersonalInfo or with the button below.
Once signed in, click the (Edit) link within the Personal Information panel.
If you haven't already done so, you will be prompted to create security questions for your account when signing in.
From the Personal Information panel, you can edit your email address, first and last name, zip code and alternate email address. In the fields provided, type your new email address in the Email and Confirm Email fields. Click Save to update your changes.
