Backing Up Your Safari Bookmarks

Carbonite can back up your Safari bookmarks data. However, the data exists in a hidden Apple folder, so it is not included in Carbonite’s default backup selections.

To select it for backup, unhide the User Library and restart your computer. You can then find the Safari bookmarks folder within the Carbonite interface in the following location:

  • Macintosh HD/Users/[User Name]/Library/Safari/

After you find the data, you can select it for backup like any other file.
