Viewing Your Payment History for Carbonite Safe

Carbonite sends receipts of purchase to the email address that is associated with your Carbonite account. If you would like to view any purchases made under your account, you can do so through the Carbonite website.

To view your payment history, sign in to your account at https://account.carbonite.com/Account/Payments or with the button below.

View Payment History

Your purchases will be listed here and will include the date the purchase was made, the invoice number, the computer to which it is applied, the product purchased, the length of time purchased, the credit card used, and the amount paid.

Any account credit will be listed on this page. The credit amount can be applied towards a future purchase.
